If you are a fabric seller, supplier or distributor and have purchased a CUSTOM, FULL EXCLUSIVE or EXCLUSIVE COLOURWAY design from Bear & Rue Illustrations then you are required to purchase this license for the resale of fabric in any measurement lengths. And within your specified business.

1 ) License Terms.

1.1 ) This License only applies to one design, you are required to state which design in the box provided along with your business name AND the license will last as long as the term agreed on that design specified.

1.2 ) There are no printing limits within the time frame of your design, for most NON EXCLUSIVE designs there is no time limit but you must agree to the terms outlined on that specific design.

1.3 ) Multiple licenses must be purchased if you have more than one design you're wishing to print for fabric resale.

1.4 ) The License is for printing on fabric only.

1.5 ) There will be no refunds for licenses should you change your mind or not use the license for its intended use as Bear & Rue Illustrations cannot be held accountable for the non use of a license.

1.6 ) Licenses do not give the permission to redistribute or sell the design tile in any way.

1.7 ) You are not permitted to sell the design or any element or part of the design tile on websites such as; creative market, zazzle, society 6, redbubble, contrado, etsy, spoonflower, or any third party selling platform or your own selling platforms.

1.8 ) Licenses are for the creation of the items listed in these terms and/or sale of the products created for and within your own business.

1.9 ) This license is non transferable and owned only by the person and specified business.

IMPORTANT:

Bear & Rue illustrations reserve the right to end the contract of the license should we feel the terms aren’t being adhered to or misused in anyway.
